Atomstroyexport as part of the Russian exposition participated in the 10th International exhibition of nuclear industry (Nuclear Industry, China' 2008) which took place on 25–28 March in Beijing. At the exhibition the company demonstrated its capabilities to construct NPP abroad and to manage projects in nuclear power engineering. On 20th of March 2008 Kudankulam NPP (India) has received next scheduled 40th lot of equipment. Equipment with total weight of 3,000 tones was shipped from Saint-Petersburg to port Tutikorin. Atomstroyexport equipped the lot in accordance with the equipment delivery schedule. This delivered shipload lot consisted of over 500 tones of piping and approximately 4,500 units of reinforcement including for completion of manufacturing systems in the reactor compartment and in turbine island of the Unit No. 1 as well as cable, pumps, blowers and other equipment manufactured by Russian and Ukrainian companies in compliance with the signed contracts....>>
