IRAN
JSC Atomstroyexport Representation office in Iran has been officially operating in Tehran since February 25, 1999 the date of a report publication in Official Newspaper of Iran.
The Representation office was established within Atomstroyexport structure to ensure successful implementation of contractual liabilities under intergovernmental agreement of August 25, 1992 between Russia and Iran aimed at cooperation in the field of peaceful nuclear energy use as well as nuclear power plant construction in Iran.
The Representation office arranges and coordinates the work of all the companies concerned in Bushehr NPP completion and stands for JSC ASE interests in IRI.
The Representation office is headed by Valery A. Skripichnikov (since January 2003).

JSC Atomstroyexport Directorate at BNPP-1 Site (until 2003 referred to as Bushehratomstroy a Division for construction) was set up after signing a contract with IRI in January 1995 for the completion of the first power unit at Bushehr NPP. The main task of the Directorate is to ensure the implementation of JSC ASE contractual liabilities on Unit 1 completion that meets the required quality level, the target dates and due economic efficiency at the Site.

INDIA
JSC Atomstroyexport Representation office in India (Mumbai) was set up in November 2001 within the Intergovernmental Agreement of November 20, 1988 and its Addendum of June 21, 1998 providing for the cooperation between Russia and India on Kudankulam NPP construction. The main task of the Representation office is to follow up on valid contracts between the countries, to maintain effective interaction with nuclear Power Corporation of India, to assist the Customer in getting visas in the Consulate of the Russian Federation in Mumbai and to arrange the escort for Russian specialists on their business trips via Mumbai.
The Representation office is headed by Sergey P. Orlov (since November 2004).

JSC Atomstroyexport Representation office at Kudankulam NPP Site was set up in December 2002 in order to arrange trips of Russian specialists as well as ASE delegation members to the construction site, to deal with financial and accounting issues, to provide cultural and consumer services for Russian specialists at the Site and to maintain contacts with the Trade Representation, Embassy and consular services of the Russian Federation in India (New Delhi).

China
JSC Atomstroyexport Representation office in China (Beijing) was established on December 15, 1999 to maintain links on implementation of Intergovernmental Agreement dealing with the construction of nuclear power plant in Lianyungang and to represent JSC ASE interests in state structures and institutions of China together with Russian Embassy and Trade Representation in the country.
The Beijing Representation office renders assistance in implementation of contractual liabilities of the Chinese Customer to JSC Atomstroyexport and takes the necessary measures in case of failure to meet those liabilities, analyses new objects of cooperation and coordinates activity of delegates from other companies that have assigned their employees to the Representation office.
The Representation office is headed by Valery I.Kurochkin.

JSC Atomstroyexport Representation office in Lianyungang was set up in September 2000 with a view to providing and coordinating works on implementation of JSC Atomstroyexport contractual liabilities on the construction of Tianwan NPP under the Intergovernmental Agreement and the General Contract.
The Representation office ensures units commissioning, provisional acceptance of each power unit including continuous trial tests, guarantee operation and final acceptance.

Bulgaria
JSC Atomstroyexport Representation office in Bulgaria was set up to assist and promote ASE activity in the country.
The main scope of activity lies in representing JSC ASE interests in Bulgarian state bodies and companies, interacting with Russian Embassy and the Trade Representation in Bulgaria, holding talks and arranging tender-connected activities as well as organizing the events contributing to JSC ASE reputation. After announcing the bidding results for the construction of Belene NPP, the Representation office facilitates the effective implementation of the Project.

JSC Atomstroyexport Representation office in Czech Republic was set up in August 2001 in order to coordinate works at Czech nuclear power facilities.
The main tasks and projects of the Representation office include the Czech nuclear power market analysis, materials preparation for Intergovernmental Committee sessions on issues of economic cooperation, participation in the work of a working group on nuclear power, Russian delegations reception, valid contracts follow-up, talks arrangement with Czech companies, handing over works implemented under the appropriate contracts to Czech customers. Currently there are 3 contracts in force with CEZ for providing engineering and advisory services for Czech NPPs operation.

Currently there is a contract with SE a.s. envisaging supply, installation and commissioning of NFMS at Bohunice NPP.

Currently there is a contract with Transelektro Ltd. providing for the project development, supply, installation and commissioning of high pressure heaters at Paks NPP.
