Press-service of CJSC “Atomstroyexport” is the winner of “Silver Archer” Prize.

In 2008 the press-service of CJSC “Atomstroyexport” was awarded the National Prize Diploma in the sphere of public relations development “Silver Archer” in category “The Best Project” for the project “PR-supporting the construction of Tianwan NPP”.

The National Prize in the sphere of public relations development “Silver Archer” was founded on June 25, 1997 by the Russian Association of Public Relations, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Russian Journalists’ Union. The prize “Silver Archer” is recognized as the most prestigious prize in the sphere of public relations development in Russia.

Russian specialists engaged in the projects of Atomstroyexport abroad will actively participate in the elections of the President of the Russian Federation on the 2nd of March 2008. The biggest polling place was organized in the camp of Russian specialists constructing Bushehr NPP. Today two staff members of JSC ASE representative office in Iran, who were included in the election committee, headed off there. They will bring to the polling place documents required for election on 2nd of March.

State companies Atomstroyexport and Tekhnopromexport agreed on strategic partnership and establish JV for construction and management of energy projects abroad and in Russia. Cooperation memorandum signed on 19th of February 2008 by company leaders stresses the necessity to establish a big national player for mutual strengthening of positions on target markets of service markets.

Enlarged meeting on the Bushehr NPP site was finished on 14th of February. Management of Atomstroyexport, approximately 20 subcontractors engaged in the contract and Iranian representatives participated in the meeting. This is the first such a big meeting on the NPP site for the last 2.5 years.

On 12th of February 2008 International trade show “Nuclear power – 2008” was opened in Minsk. The trade show is conducted by Belorussian industrial business and trade association with support of concerned state organizations expecting implementation of plans on construction of NPP on the territory of Belorussia.

Delegation of Atomstroyexport headed by the First Vice-president A. A. Glukhov flew to Minsk to participate in the International trade show “Nuclear power – 2008”. Atomstroyexport participates in the trade show as a member of the combined Rosatom exposition.
