Anton Popov has been named Vice-president of Atomstroyexport JSC (ASE)

According to Atomstroyexport JSC`s strategy of development, directed on continuous activity perfection, the company keeps strengthening of the personnel structure.

The command of professionals of Atomstroyexport JSC was filled up with new Vice-president Anton Popov who will supervise the company`s financial block.

Background

Anton Petrovich Popov was born on January 27th 1969 in St.-Petersburg. In 1994 he graduated physical and mechanical faculty of the St.-Petersburg State Polytechnical University as a specialist in thermophysics, the master of engineering sciences. In 1991 Anton Popov completed training at Brown University (USA) with specialization in Corporate finance, corporate law, decision-making.

From 1994 to 1996 Anton Popov had simultaneously graduated the International bank institute as a specialist in Bank manager / bank executive, the international finance, Bank manager`s qualification, and also the St.-Petersburg State University majoring in International Economics.

Work experience:

1996-1999 – Deputy General Manager of LLC “Shell ÀZS”, the member of board of directors.

2000-2003 – Financial director, the member of board of directors of OJSC “Eco Phoenix Holding” (St.-Petersburg – Moscow – Geneva).

2003-2005 – Deputy General Director for economics and finance of OJSC  “Kirishskay SDPP”, chairman of the board of the directors of OJSC “Kirishskiy maintenance complex” (KRK).

2005-2006 – First Deputy General Director,  the member of management board of “ Territorial generation company” RAO UES of Russia, the member of board of directors OJSC “KRK”.

2006–2008 – Deputy General Director for economics and finance of OJSC “Power Machines Company”. Supervising financial unit and informational technologies unit.

Anton Petrovich Popov is awarded the order "Peacemaker" of 1st degree.
