New Board of Directors of Atomstroyexport JSC is elected

On June 5, 2009 by the decision of the Board of Directors of Atomstroyexport JSC (ASE JSC) a new Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Society was appointed, Mr. Lokshin Alexander Markovich, the Deputy Director General of the State Corporation "Rosatom".

On May 26, 2009 the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of ASE JSC took place, at which the decision on election of a new Board of Directors of the Society was made.

The Board of Directors of Atomstroyexport JSC includes:

Lokshin Alexander Markovich, the Deputy Director General of nuclear power complex of the State Corporation "Rosatom";

Elfimova Tatyana Leonidovna, the Deputy Director General of financial and economic questions - the secretary of the State Corporation "Rosatom";

Schedrovitsky Peter Georgievich, the Deputy Director General of strategic development and scientific-and-technical policy of the State Corporation "Rosatom";

Komarov Cyril Borisovich, the Executive Director of Atomenergoprom JSC;

Ivanov Sergey Sergeevich, the Member of the Board, the First Vice-president of Gazprombank JSC.
