In 2008 the press-service of CJSC “Atomstroyexport” was awarded the National Prize Diploma in the sphere of public relations development “Silver Archer” in category “The Best Project” for the project “PR-supporting the construction of Tianwan NPP”.
The National Prize in the sphere of public relations development “Silver Archer” was founded on June 25, 1997 by the Russian Association of Public Relations, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Russian Journalists’ Union. The prize “Silver Archer” is recognized as the most prestigious prize in the sphere of public relations development in Russia.

Atomstroyexport and JNPC signed the Frame Contract of Tianwan NPP extension project
On 23rd of March, Atomstroyexport JSC (ASE JSC) and Jiangsu Nuclear Power Corporation (JNPC) signed the Frame contract of Tianwan NPP (People’s Republic of China) extension project. The undersigned parties were on the side of JNPC, Mr. Jiang Guoyuan, General Director of JNPC, and on the site of Atomstroyexport, Mr. Dan Belenkiy, President of Atomstroyexport.
The construction design of Units 3 and 4 is similar to one of the first built units of Tianwan NPP: two power units with VVER-1000 of 1000 MW output each.
About:
First two units of Tianwan NPP were constructed by Atomstroyexport JSC in pursuance of the Intergovernmental agreement between RF and PRC about cooperation in NPP construction in PRC. With having commissioned the first unit of Tianwan NPP to the customer on 2nd of June, 2007, the second one on 12th of September, 2007, Atomstroyexport was the first company among companies acting on the world market of NPP construction, which built new generation power units. The two years guarantee maintenance period of the units expired on 12th of September, 2009. Tianwan NPP being built according to the improved Russian design is the safest of the acting NPP’s in PRC.
